Job Description:
Sagamore is growing and we are expanding our B.Braun Medical team! B Braun Medical is a leader in infusion therapy and pain management, develops manufactures and markets innovate medical products and services to the healthcare industry. Other key products include clinical nutrition, pharmacy admixture and compounding.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Educate healthcare workers, such as Surgeons, Pharmacists, and Materials Managers, on B Braun’s large product portfolio with a special focus on; Clinical Nutrition, Automated Compounding, and full IV Therapy line
· Support and grow business within CAPS 503B and 503A pharmacy market
· Create and maintain excellent rapport with customers to maintain long-standing relationships
· Regularly collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Field Reps
· Performing virtual in-services on capital equipment
Essential For the Role:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. (Must have strong phone presence with a positive, outgoing personality)
· Multitasking: The ability to simultaneously manage & move forward multiple sales opportunities through the sales cycle.
· Sales Effectiveness: The ability to find, develop & close sales opportunities.
· Business Acumen: The ability to understand & add value to the customer’s business model.
· Adaptive: The ability to modify sales strategy & tactics to adjust to the changes in competitive & economic market conditions.
· Demonstrated effective organizational and time management skills
· Ability to learn, understand, and convey complex information
Desirable for the role:
· Background in Dietetics or Clinical Nutrition
One to two years of previous sales experience is preferred. Background in, and/or understanding of medical sales is a plus; however, we will train the right candidate.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Successful candidates will receive a salary, commission, professional sales training, and experience in medical sales.
